The Center for Productivity Improvement Romania (cPi) helps Romanian companies improving their productivity and operational performance in order to obtain a better competitiveness in the global market.
Our mission is to disseminate knowledge about productivity improvement techniques and industrial engineering from a very practical point of view. Our focus is on manufacturing processes, but also on administrative, supporting and service processes.
These are our main activities/services:
- providing trainings and workshops
- in open format throughout Romania
- in company (customer specific)
- coaching improvement projects with a key focus on knowlegde transfer and a participative approach
- interim-capacity in the domain of Industrial Engineering, work study and improving productivity, processes and quality
- reselling supporting software products for time study/work measurement and process improvement
